Michelle is a highly regarded clinical psychologist located in Dubbo, with more than 23 years’ experience in helping clients improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Michelle has a proven ability to connect with clients and build a positive therapeutic relationship. She recognises this to be a powerful element in assisting people to make meaningful changes in their lives. Michelle strives to ensure that all her clients feel supported, accepted and understood.
Michelle works with her clients to understand their patterns of behaviour, thought processes and emotional responses in a way that gives relief and helps achieve a better quality of life. She takes the approach that therapy can be most helpful when it occurs in a warm, nurturing, and enjoyable setting. Michelle respects the input that each person brings to therapy and appreciates clients have their own insights, expertise and wisdom.
Michelle tailors therapy to each individual person’s unique story and circumstance using evidence-based techniques, strategies and information. Michelle works with adults ranging from 18 onwards. Michelle also provides supervision to a range of professionals including psychologists, medical and allied health clinicians and managers from various fields.
